Medical services may be provided via telemedicine in accordance with Colorado law. Telehealth visits are conducted using secure, HIPAA-compliant platforms. Your information will be protected in the same manner as in-person care. This website is not intended for the transmission of PHI. Patients should use the secure patient portal for all clinical communication. Do not send sensitive medical information, Social Security numbers, or credit card details through the public contact form on this website.

Telemedicine services at OpExMD, PLLC complies with Colorado Revised Statutes and applicable Colorado Board of Medicine regulations.
By scheduling and participating in telehealth services, you acknowledge:

Direct-Pay Financial Policy
OpExMD, PLLC is a direct-pay medical practice.
We do not bill insurance companies, Medicare, or Medicaid.
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise specified in a signed program agreement.
